After nine days of deliberation, the jury was hung on all but one count. John Edwards apologizes to America and his family for his sins. Jim, Robyn and our callers also touch on other politicians' trials in comparison to John Edwards' trial. Voter suppression is still a major issue in Florida. Caller Peter attempts to explain why it is necessary, Jim and Robyn bring up why its failing.

Henry Raines is home sick. Robyn Davis and Jim Delgado hold down the fort, and despite a few technical difficulties, the show goes on... Matt "The Captain" America calls in for his usual Wednesday visit to discuss the need for an end to the bi-partisan divide in Congress, possible tax solutions for the country and the need for every eligible citizen to register and vote. Matt shares some big news for him in the coming year. Jim and Robyn touch on the reaction of Pastor Worley's congregation in North Carolina, and military service issues, including past Presidents' and current candidates deferments and avoidance of service, as well as others voluntary service. Jim Delgado will be sitting in for the rest of the week.
